Knowledge Industries and Resources Institute [KIRI] is the research and development business of Ralaran.
The institute KIRI aims to offer practical support and education to persons who are interested in building knowledge resources and industries as the bases for improving societies across Africa. KIRI aspires to world-class standards in research and engineering. The emphasis is on the ori sa (actualisation of advanced human capabilities), not the curriculum vitae. It is essential to retain the freedom to engineer thoughts or adapt solutions from anywhere in the world to resolving the critical issues - of infrastructure, facilities, technologies, social structures, physical geography - that constrain our lives and attainments. So, it is intended to have the institute affiliated or its courses accredited only to the extent that this intellectual freedom is preserved.
The Resources KIRI is not an accredited institution and the materials you find on the KIRI website will not get you a certificate or degree or other 'qualification'. The material is provided for your personal use only, without guarantee or liability of any sort. Please do not sell the material or charge for it or use it for any commercial purpose.
Tuition To assist student tuition, the most promising students can win a 2 year paid intern-ship during which they work on consulting and business support. They also tutor others, and then apply to a permanent position.
Getting involved KIRI seeks your participation and investment in establishing facilities for (software focussed) engineering and fabrication at Ijebu in Ogun state, Nigeria, West Africa. |
